A Nationwide Coaching Listing advertises coaching only. Coaching is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment, and your listing will say so. You may not diagnose or treat a client in a state where you are not licensed, and you may not describe coaching as therapy.

Review the rules of your own licensing board on coaching, advertising, and out-of-state services
Confirm that your malpractice carrier covers coaching services
Use a written coaching agreement with each client that describes the service as coaching
Keep your coaching and psychotherapy practices clearly separate
