I'm a licensed clinical social worker, credentialed alcoholism and substance use counselor, Level III EMDR provider, certified yoga teacher and certified psychedelic-assisted therapy provider. I received my master’s degree from New York University and received my post-graduate certifications from The Integrative Psychiatry Institute and the Parnell Institute for EMDR.
I believe that each client is unique, and work with them to determine the best treatment for them, integrating multiple therapeutic modalities, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, EMDR, a proven trauma treatment, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness, among others.
I view my clients from a holistic perspective and supports them in exploring all aspects of their lives that may be contributing to their difficulties, mind, body and spirit. I specialize in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, psychedelic preparation and integration, trauma, substance use, disordered eating, anxiety, and depression. I approach therapy from a collaborative, compassionate and non-judgmental perspective, incorporating laughter whenever possible. I embrace all aspects of my client’s identities and cultures and creates an environment in which they feel safe to explore, feel and express their emotions. In order to heal, we first need to feel accepted for who we are. I provide that acceptance to my clients to help them move forward into the life they aspire to have.
I am currently out-of-network and provide superbills that clients can submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement if they have out-of-network benefits.
In addition to New York, I also provide telehealth in: California (#125025), Connecticut (#14389), Colorado (#09928874), Florida (#TPSW2820), South Carolina (Telehealth Provider #547), Texas (#115913), Virginia (#0904015381), Vermont (#089.0135500TELE)
