Clients come to me because they want to make a change in their life and they recognize the value of having a partner to support them in making that change. Experiencing anxiety, depression, or other symptoms can trigger the resolve to change things for the better. Difficulties in our relationships with colleagues, partners, children, and parents can also bring us to explore how we can become the person we want to be. My clients want to understand themselves, learn tools to function better and suffer less, and explore the possibilities for living the life they want.
As a GC, when confronted with a novel matter, I explored the situation with curiosity and an open mind and worked creatively to advance my client's interests. Sometimes a bit of patent law could foil a contract dispute. Sometimes duct tape really was the best way to hold a deal together. I approach therapy in a similar way: I work in a client-centered way, focused on deeply understanding my client's interests, values, and circumstances. Within that framework, I will bring any and every bit of knowledge, experience, empathy, and insight I can muster to help you advance your goals (or figure out what your goals might be!)
Please visit my website to learn more about me and the therapy I provide. It an honor for me each time a client chooses me to accompany them on their journey—from confusion toward clarity, from symptoms toward wellness, from disconnection toward connection. Consultations are free! Please don’t hesitate to reach out and see if it seems like the right fit. Warm regards, Juliette
I do not work directly with any insurance companies. I am happy to provide superbills.

I am a humanistic therapist who integrates multiple theories and techniques while working side by side with you to address your concerns. I frequently draw on psychodynamics, CBT, somatic tools, solutions-focused, trauma-informed, art therapy, and other elements: What I do is always customized based on you and your situation. Like the "corporate generalist" I was as an attorney, I bring my full attention-and all the information, curiosity, experience, and creativity at my disposal-to support you in understanding what you want to understand, changing what you want to change, and living as you wish to be.
