You worked hard to get here. The long hours. The pressure. The constant demand to perform, produce, and prove yourself. On the outside, you look successful. On the inside, you may feel exhausted, anxious, stretched thin — or quietly wondering how long you can keep this pace.
If you're a solo practitioner carrying everything on your own… A Big Law associate trying to survive relentless expectations… A partner managing leadership pressure… A judge holding enormous responsibility… Or a woman in law juggling parenting, caregiving, and the subtle (or not so subtle) feeling of being undervalued — you are not alone.
I’m Randi Anderson — a therapist, work coach, onsite counselor, and former Big Law attorney with over 20 years of clinical experience. I understand this profession from the inside out. I help lawyers manage burnout, reduce anxiety, quiet the constant mental noise, and shift the habits and thought patterns that keep them stuck in survival mode. Together, we work on building focus, resilience, sustainable work-life balance, and a way of practicing law that doesn’t cost you your well-being. I am especially committed to supporting: Women in the legal field navigating high performance and high responsibility Lawyers serving marginalized communities and immigrant populations who carry both professional and emotional weight Attorneys at every level — from solo practitioners to Big Law associates and partners — who want more than just endurance You don’t have to keep white-knuckling your way through your career. You can thrive in the legal profession — with clarity, strength, and a steadier mind. (And I am listed on multiple insurance panels to make support accessible when you’re ready.)
Sliding-scale fee: Sessions are offered at a flexible rate of **$100–$150 per session**, based on financial need and individual circumstances.
I have a doctorate in social work and in law and I have over 18 years of experience helping adults in crisis or experiencing burnout. I am licensed in New York and hold additional certifications in CBT and mindfulness practice.
I have years of experience with extremely high functioning, professional women who often are highly successful in their work but less successful at their own self-care and wellbeing.
My areas of expertise encompass the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Additionally, I incorporate humor, visualizations, and various tools to facilitate the identification and reduction of internalized cultural and societal influences acquired during childhood and early adulthood.
